I stayed at Sheraton, The Walk one full week with my family and our experience is only positive. The staff was very pleasant and caring, the cleanliness is top class, the breakfast was amazing every morning but I wish they had a little more variety in foods, overall it was very good. The room was nice and clean but the bathroom did look a but run down and the shower takes a while to warm up. On our stay the hotel was starting renovations in the lobby, the noise from this was disruptive. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is ideal of jbr beach.

I had the deluxe room with partial sea view and it was large, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the tub is too high. You can't beat the location of the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and so is the marina. The staff is amazing, from the security personnel, the front desk, restaurant employees, to the porters. They were all eager to help.

We were treated for a very needed early check in, as well as late check out, the stuff went out of his way to provide good service in all service aspects - reception, luggage, food, room maintenance. The only thing which was not great was elavators. In 4 out of our 5 days of stay one elevator out of 3 available did not work, causing long waits and crowded rides.

Service at the hotel is great. Location to the beach and the marina is prefect. Only negative - the elevator situation is a NIGHTMARE. I was there for 2 weeks. The second week, only 2 elevators were running. The wait time was up to 5 minutes at times due to overcrowding. I hope this is being taken into consideration during the upcoming renovation.

The quality of service for the price I paid was beyond what I could have imagined. The other hotels near it cost more and offer less than what delta hotels by Marriott are offering. I was overall extremely pleased with the service carried out. I will definitely be choosing this hotel for the next time I am in Dubai.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach boasts a perfect location—with tram and metro stops nearby, an array of dinner options, shops, a 24/7 supermarket, and the famous Dubai Walk just steps away. The staff does what they need to, and even when a spa hiccup occurred, it was swiftly resolved. The room is impressively spacious with a large balcony perfect for unwinding. I didn’t try the dining options, so I can’t comment there, but for the price, this hotel is a solid, affordable choice that does exactly what it should. I’d definitely come back for another stay!

The second stay at the Delta. It. Gives you everything that you need if you want to be close to the beach and the marina. Excellent service throughout with great dining options if you choose not to go out eat. The staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was amazing with a balcony and views over the beach. We will definitely return to the Delta Hotel.

Best experience ever

The 6 of us had a suite and these are big! We were having a family reunion and many of us had suits of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. The 4 bedroom one was big enough for us (50 of us) all to get together and have dinners there! The last 4 days only 3 of us moved into an individual bedroom and this was just the bedroom without a kitchen or any other rooms but it was still of a good size. The beds are super comfortable, I have lower back pain and always dread having to sleep in other beds but the mattresses were amazingly comfortable in both rooms we stayed in, the pillows are all soft and great too. The service was excellent and they provided free water as much as we needed. The views from the top floor are amazing. All in all I highly recommend this hotel (it’s not cheap but not over the top expensive either!).

Amazing! Definitely going back!

Fantastic hotel with perfect location. Short walk to both beach side as well as Dubai Marina. Marina Mall is just 10-12 min walking distance. There are plenty options if you want to go on the boat tour. Restaurants and caffee's all over, everything from fast food to more exclusive restaurants. There are also 3 4 restaurants at the hotel. When going to the beach you can get the beach towers for free, as well as umbrella. There is a grocerie store right next to the hotel entrance. The hotel is very clean with very serviceminded stuff. We got lots of help and advises from Tom. There is a free shuttle buss that will take you Mall of Emirates and back to the hotel. You can take Red line metro (appx 15min walking from the hotel) if you want to visit Mall of Dubai or Burj Khalifa. People at the hotel are extremely nice, helpful and kind. We are definitely going back!

The staff were incredibly kind. Especially Piyush, the Indian chef, and Rajnesh. They were very professional and had great hospitality. We had an amazing experience because of them and can’t wait to come again!
