Séjour de 9 jours dans un grand appartement bien placé avec métro a côté.Le seul bémol c'est le service en chambre,il ne remettent pas assez de papier toilette par exemple et j'ai eu des cafards dans mon appartement .

Hôtel bien situé pour découvrir Dubaï

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet appart hôtel. Il est extrêmement bien placé face à une station de métro « Union » qui est une jonction des 2 lignes de métro de Dubaï. Une grande surface se trouve juste en face idéal pour les courses. Des fast-foods, restaurants sont également à proximité. On peut visiter à pieds depuis l’hotel le vieux Dubaï avec le gold souk, souk des épices... L’appartement était très spacieux, propre. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain privative. 3 toilettes, un grand salon et une grande cuisine complète l’appartement . Dans la cuisine se trouve un grand frigo congélateur, 4 plaques de cuisson, un four traditionnel , un microonde et un lave linge. Très pratique. Pas beaucoup de vaisselle pour cuisiner mais en vacances ce n’est pas grave ! Le seul point négatif est l’avenue bruyante sur laquelle se trouve l’hôtel. Le double vitrage n’est pas efficace à cause de mauvais joints aux fenêtres. Même au 5 ème étage on entendait les conversations des personnes sur le trottoir. Cependant cela ne nous a paw énormément gêné car nous étions chaque jour bien fatigués de nos 15 kilomètres de marche et avons bien dormi ! Nous recommandons donc cet hôtel d’un super rapport qualité prix idéal pour visiter Dubaï.

Very nice aparthotel downtown Dubai

Very good accommodation with nice surroundings, next to metro station, friendly staff, would certainly stay again.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Os apartamentos bem antigos, necessitam de modernização, mas são amplos e confortáveis. A recepção não é muito interessada em atender os pedidos do hóspede. Solicitei 3x a troca do quarto já que ficaria 23 dias e fui completamente ignorada. Mas no geral, diria que é um bom hotel.

The Apartments are roomy and very clean with no bed bugs, kitchen is equipped with stove top and oven, microwave ,the location CANT BE BEAT, close to everything you need if you would like to cook or eat out and everything else you may like is all in walking of the place

Comfortabel hotel with excellent travel links

From the time of check in when I had my room upgraded with a room with balcony to the check out process Lotus Downtown Metro provided First class service. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre and union metro allowing easy access to local shopping amenities and also for Metro for travel to Airport and main destination to Dubai. The Dubai creek is a short walk away allowing visit to Gold Souq and also journey on an Abra across the Creek to Bur Dubai. The hotel provides more than expected space for price paid for in Dubai and the rooms and spacious and offer ample accommodation space for several people. The gym and swimming pool offer lesuire facilities, although the pool can get crowded especially during peak times during day. The staff are more than happy to provide assistance at short notice and to tend to requests efficiently. I would highly recommend a visit if you need a reasonably priced hotel which is a central location and not to close to major attractions which allows quieter environment.

Nice, but needs service and room improvement

I can rate them as 3/5. 1st - we checked in late, as we had a lot of things done first. We booked the hotel as 5 adults, for our penup shoot the following day early morning. The receptionist didn’t know that we are 5 adults checking in. Then I have to re show him again my voucher, zooming in to 100% just for him to see that I really booked the apartment for 5 pax. So they will have to add extra bed inside the room. Then I didn’t see any hotel attendant to help us with our luggages as usual, though we are 2 and can carry the strollers and bags. 2- The room was clean and spacious. It was nice and comfortable enough. With balcony area and kitchen with basic utilities.Rm5008 3 - no dental kit and slippers, we have to call for them to give us the supposed basic needs in a hotel. 4- the area has nearby restaurants, 24hrs mini supermarket and just across the metro station. Finally, the door handle in the masters bedroom fell off just when I open it. I was shocked and tried to put it back as a crew type like, but to no avail it just repeatedly fell off. This is a 4 star hotel with few areas currently being renovated. But with the rooms being offered with like this, they should have checked the rooms for proper maintenance. Early am, we were all busy preparing for our shoot and checked out and took us atleast 15-20mins due to technical problem that I can see. I wasn’t able to notify them of the door handle as we hurry to get out. I have attached here the said door handle.

호텔스닷컴이 이런 곳을 리스트업하고 있다는 사실에 놀람. 매우불쾌, 잠을 잘 수 없었음. 냄새, 소음, 청결, 조명 등 모든 사항에서 권고사항 아님. 2박을 포기하고 다른 호텔로 옮김.

Spacious rooms at great value

Lotus Metro Downtown Metro is conveniently located and a few minutes walk from Union Metro and Al Ghurair shopping mall. The hotel offers spacious rooms with large size living room and dining area. The staff are mostly more than able to accommodate any requests that you have with a smile, although I had few minor issues with check in and insistence for Tourism payment being made. The hotel has a pool and gym which are well maintained and offers a relaxation and refreshing environment, especially during summer. Excellent value for money based on location and size of rooms available

Value for money

Provided early check in. The staffs were helpful. Wifi was strong. Apartment was spacious. Close to Metro and Resturants. However, did not refill the coffee and water.

Mooei appartementen nabij vliegveld

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede service, gratis transfer v.v. luchthaven-appartementen Zeer behulpzaam bij vragen over excursies. Appartementen zijn schoon en netjes en ruim. We verbleven er 2 nachten op doorreis naar Thailand.
