This is a nice hotel to stay. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel has had a refresh recently. The person who did my check in and check out was exquisite (I’ve never used that word for a check in person before ) Zipporah. What a beautiful asset to your hotel. Must say however the room service call is never answered.

We had a fantastic stay the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you, particularly zepporah she was so lovely and always had a smile for us. The room we stayed in was amazing and had lovely views of the water

Very good location, large number of restaurants nearby. Quite a few supermarkets close. Pleasant walk to metro and tram stations. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable, possibly in need of a little update as looking a little tired. Iverall a very pleasant stay and would visit in the future. Mistakenly hasnt booked breakfast for our stay, was offered to add on when we arrived but found a number of nearby restaurants that were very much cheaper

Incredible service from all the staff at the hotel! They were extremely kind and helpful in terms of all requests. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel bear the mark of being not completely new compared to so many other hotels in Dubai. The location of the hotel is quite nice at the Lakes with only 1,5 km walk to the Jumeirah Beach.

Booked this hotel for a leisure trip for 14 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. We booked half board to include breakfast and evening meals We had some concerns about the room that we booked as well as menu choices on offer for our evening meal as it wasn't buffet service as we assumed it would be. We addressed these to the Duty Manager who listened to us and went out of his way to make sure that the remainder of our stay was as memorable as it could be. We were moved to a more suitable room which fit our purposes for a leisure stay much better. All staff were very helpfull and friendly and went out of their war to make sure our stay was pleasent. Thank you to all the team at Movenpick JLT!

Service was good overall, friendly staff but hotel had an older feel to the rooms. Overall did not feel very luxurious. No minibar.

Really old, dated, substandard for Dubai property. Some of the staff are good - the vast majority really don't care - you don't get any of the welcome or greeting you get at even the most basic of Dubai hotels. Rooms are fine - but not what you'd expect from this brand. The bed was so old and saggy in parts. Pillows thin and flimsy. The gym is the best thing about the property. It's really good. Breakfast was nice - the kitchen staff were really friendly (the friendliest I'd seen). The reception staff at breakfast acted like they didn't want to be there - and didn't want me to be there either. A mistake choice for this trip as I needed to be in Jumeirah for work. Next time I'll just say at my regular, the 25Hours, and deal with the traffic.

There are a lot of single contributions regions for this property . We have traveled extensively and stayed also at Atlantis and Avani palm and both are better Firstly staff. Mainly staff in dubai are insanely good. Staff here seem disinterested / for eg Avani palm have a WhatsApp system nothing too much trouble / here I asked help with a local booking- nothing I can do?!!! The food is nice but very small and basic. The hotel breakfast is at a random bar next to the hotel and lunch and dinner ( nice ) are from a set menu which is odd as you’re sat in a beer garden full of smokers !! Pool is great but no sun until 11 but beach club amazing. Shuttle free but times rubbish ( pick you up early and we wanted to stay all day ) tip download the careem app and use local taxis / so so cheap Location good - food poor and service poor. We had a “ suite “ this isn’t dubai level suites is Uk 4 at best

Not in good condition

Warn down hotel not in good condition Only 2 options for dinner. An Indian restaurant or a sports bar with junk food. Breakfast ok. A 20 min bus ride to go to the hotel beach side. Construction sites all around the hotel. Very disappointed
