My fifth time staying here, it’s been better every time. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the metro station is literally opposite the hotel. The location is perfect. I loved it so much that I am heading back in September! See you soon!

Great Stay !

After the long night flight the hotel allowed to use the pool while waiting for a room to be ready and then even offered an early check in for free. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient- literally opposite to the metro station entrance. Very helpful and nice personnel. The room is spacious and comfortable (there is even a weight scale on a room).

For the money it was a very good Hotel. Very nice staff 24/7 available. Pool and Sauna included. Perfect located next to the Dubai metro and between sightseeing hotspots like The Palm/Marina on the one, and Deira, Burj Khalifa on the other side. So clear recommendations for the Rose Park Hotel 😊

Excellent. Staff was nice and the welcome fruit basket and biscuits were a great gesture! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good too! Would absolutely recommend it. Loved the swimming pool too, hot water!

My stay at this hotel was okay, but nothing exceptional. The service and amenities were standard—everything worked as expected, but I didn’t receive any extra benefits or standout experiences. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got a connecting room and the space was very functional as we had lots of luggage and there was space for everything. We were prepared with the correct charger and the front desk provided it no questions asked. The breakfast buffet has a out of variety, travelling with kids and we all found things to eat that we loved.

Excellent location. Fine condition but not fancy

The hotel is in fine condition - not new but ok. There was noise outside the hotel in the early morning around 6 or 7 am, probably maintenance work nearby but since we guess it’s not under the hotel’s management so we didn’t bother to ask for any assistance. The stay was fine considering the price was very reasonable, but it’s not the choice if you want fancy. The receptionist was helpful and kind, served us some welcome drink at our arrival, and also provided some useful advice whenever we asked about Dubai. Location of the Hotel is excellent, right opposite to the metro station and there’re plenty of restaurants nearby and a round the clock supermarket.

Great Stay!

Great hotel to visit. Staff were very friendly. One of the only affordable hotels in the area, as we were staying during COP28. Our room was tidy and cleaners did a great job. But, did notice the door was left unlocked on two occasions after the cleaner had visited. Raised this towards the end and was told the door would be reviewed after our stay. Pool had only 3/4 people around which was great. However, was pretty loud as you're right next to the freeway. Metro stop is right outside Hotel which was a bonus. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The room was nice and clean. The housekeeper & hotel staff ( front desk, and door personnel at the lobby was very helpful and polite). The attached restaurant served good dishes, decent serving and not pricey. The staff of the restaurant are all nice and the hostess Jenifer (Filipina hostess I think that’s her name)
