Room was a good size. Aircon very good. TV was ok but a lot of interference on channels? Bathroom ok. Communal area for microwave & basic kitchen equipment. Upstairs from Hotel/ Pub but no noise in our room. Menu in room for hotel restaurant. Old hotel but seemed clean enough. Hole behind door in room from door handle? Otherwise suitable for a night or 2 while travelling.

Staff are great... was an unplanned extended stay but they easily accommodated our stay... facilities are clean and tidy... better than some places that were on offer at other establishments. Will stay again.

Excellent for a short stay! Staff was friendly and rooms were affordable. However, the ladies shower needs a bit of the gap in the doors to be fixed. Otherwise, facility was clean, food downstairs to the pub was good. Easily walkable to the station, shops and main town. 4/5.
