"We booked a family room for 4 people and got doubl3 bed and very very narrow single bed. No AC and room was burning hot. It took more than an hour to rectify the situation"

"Hotel was fab, rooms very clean and cosy. Staff were very helpful. House keeping did fab job but never locked the door so when we returned late evening the door pushed open."

"The staff were lovey and could not have been anymore helpful. The food was great. Really large portions and tasted great. The only thing that let the stay down was the rooms were so hot you couldn’t sleep and if you wanted a fridge in your room it was an extra €10 per night which I think it extremely expensive."

"Would not recommend. Stayed with my family in a deluxe family room, but it had no temperature control (no heating, aircon, nothing) and it was like a sauna. It was also incredibly noisy during the night due to other guests slamming doors and running around in the hallway. We were looking forward to using the pool but didn’t realize it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap which have to be purchased for €3 each so we didn’t bother."

"In the advertisement in expedia.com, the additional price of breakfast for a person was quoted as £22 which seemed to be somewhat too expensive, while the hotel itself offered a buffet breakfast for the additional price of Euros12.50 which however was raised to Euros16 during my brief stay at the hotel."
