The room was very nice and not too small, everything was very clean. It was located a bit outside, but everything was within walking distance. The beach was about a 10–15 minute walk away.

The room was modern and clean, and had excellent air conditioning to beat the summer heat. It is not like a traditional hotel with front desk staff, but we were fine with that. It was very convenient to stay away from the Old Town and Uber back and forth. Would definitely stay again!

En dehors de l’agitation de Dubrovnik, cet endroit charmant propose des chambres impeccablement tenues, bien équipées et modernes. バス停も近いし海も近くて静かです。Lapadエリアで食事もできるしサンセットビーチにも歩いて行けます。 ポットの水は一晩でカビが生えますので毎日手洗いが必要です。 シャワーホースは水圧で一回外れました。でも綺麗な部屋であることは間違いないです。 便利なのでまた機会があったら使います。

Our stay at Kala Rooms was very pleasant. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay in Lapad. Ezra helped us with check in and told us all about the local area. She was really nice and helpful about any questions we had and professional service. We had a WhatsApp contact for any questions we had and they replied in good time.

This property is in the LAPAD area of Dubrovnik (a quick taxi Uber ride from Old Town). It’s right on the marina with beautiful views, walking paths and walkability to some dining, drinking, and markets. The accommodations were very nice and new. There is a Bar across the street with a free pool I recommend if you want to swim or layout. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again! Also, they helped with arranging transportation from the airport as well as a late night check in.

Nice place, great location, best host

Beyond expectations. Once you learn where you are, you quickly notice that the area is handy for beaches, restaurants, boat trips and short bus drive to the old town. The best of all, Andela was an excellent host. The best I have had in a while, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She pretty much organised my holiday with a smile 😄 for which I’m super grateful! The place modern, clean and worth the money. The jacuzzi is like an cherry on the cake. Great stay, highly recommended.
