"Communication was poor. Responses were very slow, and if the owner didn’t want to answer a question, they simply wouldn’t reply. "The location is fantastic—just a couple of minutes' walk from Pile Gate, making sightseeing, dining, and nightlife super convenient. Check-in was very smooth! However, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, as there is no elevator. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't working well, making the room very hot and uncomfortable (as other reviews have mentioned). I'd recommend this place if you want a prime location, but perhaps best avoided during the hot summer months."

"Central location to the old town. However getting to the hotel was hard for us with suitcases due to a lot of stairs. The uber driver dropped us at a location where getting to the hotel was a nightmare for us. My recommendation is that you get dropped off right at the entrance of old town and take the first alley which has 5-6 larger steps to roll or drag your suitcases if you have them, that way you will prolly have to only take 34-35 steep steps versus for us it was harder. "The hotel is in a convenient central location. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast is included and they made us a packed lunch for our last day. Note that you have to climb one flight of stairs to use the lift although staff carried our luggage to the first floor. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a very powerful shower. Overall a lovely experience staying there!"
