"Room was clean when we arrived. Liked that they gave us 4 water bottles (most other stays gave us 2). Beds are rock solid though so you have to like hard beds to be comfy/even sleep. Family, friendly home stay. We were staying on the first floor, so there were a few families with kids who are screaming in the late evening (8-9:30pm) and we’re not being told to quiet down. "The staff was on point with us, always asking if we needed anything and prepared to assist. The rooms were very clean. We were given fresh water every morning & a cute dessert every afternoon in the room. We were offered free breakfast and teatime buffet both were very tasty and offered a great selection of both food and drinks. The only negative is that there are a few areas needing touch up, ie: one of the doors in our room was broken. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."
