"I was upgraded to a family room, which was super nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English skills. The assortment at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I had ever had. The hotel even arranged for my return taxi to the airport and breakfast to go.
I would definitely stay there again."

"Due to an event at the resort, they took our 2-month booking and gave it to the event's organizer. They let us know that they moved us to a different hotel in the central of city 10km away and let us know 2 days before our arrival."

"Room, hotel and all surroundings very well kept. Beautiful green all round..staff very helpful, buggy driver warm smile.. Reception staff are truly helpful, pleasant and patient. 2 English speaking reception staff, especially the male, attended to our endless enquiry with patience. Love the surroundings flowers. Do make use of facilities eg swan boat tour, picket ball. Wide Buffet breakfast range . Nice & relaxing stay.. highly recommend."
