"The Mallard Hotel faces a beautiful mountain view! There is no staff on-site. No lobby or personnel. You can text the Hotel number and get any questions answered in a few minutes. The room air conditioner was on and cooling very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We loved the weight of the covers, not too light, not too heavy. The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in...

"Loved the rooftop entertainment!"

"The breakfast was excellent. The staff member attended to the both hot and cold breakfast with care. My wife enjoyed the cold items while I preferred the hot items. We were both pleased with the choices available each morning. Have already recommended the Comfort Inn in Blueridge to friends."

"Great B&B, breakfast was great and it was so peaceful. It was so wonderful to sit on the porch at night after a long day of hiking and exploring, just to look into the colorful hills and relax. Will definitely go back! By the way, the owner is awesome, so helpful!"

"Very clean, vintage motel. Easy in and out. Great staff."

"Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

"Older property. Furnishings older. Crowded room."

"Quiet and peaceful beauty off the beaten path."

"Great little hideaway in the mountains"

"I thought there'd be soap and shampoo and a blow dryer. I sent a message about these and never heard back. But overall, it was fine."

"Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped."

"Cabin was exactly as desxribed. Very cute and cozy. Host was awesome."

"My family came down to visit our son and stayed 3 nights. It was the best experience. I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay again!"

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"
