"The Toilets were way to LOW for us to use comfortably! And we are 72 years old. Anyone who has a bad back or joint problems will definitely have problems getting down to the seat and real problems getting back up! We never thought we would have to check the size of the toilets before we book our rooms but I will do so now!"

"Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. "Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again."

"The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues."
