"I won’t recommend this place at the price we paid. First of all - there is not staff present. There is an entry ramp for which you need to call the staff every time you want to enter. How to find keys is another treasure hunt and the locks are old so you wont know if you are doing things right or wrong. There is constant noise of helicopters coming in and the whole room vibrates. Only good things was that the room was big, clean and close to beach."

"Loved the room … 5 star location. Travel tip - Google or Apple takes you right there. But, tough to find because we are looking for the big signs like a hotel. The Bellevue is right across the street and has a visible sign. Riva Luxury Rooms are lovely. You enter into a multi use hallway. There is a small plaque on the street. You enter into the Riva rooms and it turns beautiful!"

Self check in through WhatsApp was ok, but when I asked about the airport shuttle that is meant to be provided(at a cost which was fine)the person on the other end said there was no such thing and just offered a taxi service. We ended up contacting an uber on our own. Very small, definitely a hotel room, not a guest apartment, Flimsy linens and limp pillows. I would not consider this a great value.
