Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant next door had a great dinner with extremely friendly staff (this was a great perk since most food places were closed mid October). "Hame Hotel is in Dunvegan, so it's a bit out of the way from Portree (where most people stay). That turned out to be a blessing - our area was quiet, free from traffic, and still convenient to many sights like the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery, Dunvegan Castle, and the Three Chimneys restaurant.
