"Very comfortable. Husband was in Duluth for surgery and the facility was so convenient to everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. The breakfast was a delicious surprise! Will stay here again when in the area. A really good value!"

My original room was on the second floor and despite being full the lady at the front desk was able to switch me into a first floor room. She also offered to carry my luggage and told me the best restaurants, bars, and special places to go."
