Our room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Beds were average. When we told them our coffee maker didn’t work they immediately replaced it. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant (the drinks were especially good). The common areas of the hotel are quite dated and worn, but the room itself was not. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

We have service animals & the hotel was very accommodating. Room size was spectacular. Very conveniently located & easy to find. Parking was convenient. Friendly & helpful staff. Great location for getting to Bentleyville. We were disappointed that the whirlpool was not available. Nothing was mentioned upon check in. We went up to the restaurant for drinks on two separate occasions. It has a spectacular view; however, it was a bit confusing on how service worked. The QR code experience was not convenient. On the first occasion we ended up ordering through a server. She was pleasant and attentive. The second occasion we ordered but had to wait awhile. When we asked someone about getting our drinks and were told that it would probably be best to just go to the bar and get them since it was late and the bar server was the only one on. Parking and check out process was good.

Overall, it was a good experience. It is within walking distance of a bunch of cool areas to check out. My room was clean. The only downside is that I was staying in the attached wing next to the parking lot (not the main round building) and it is a little out dated/needs some updating.
