"Stayed with a party of 13 Ramblers. Great to discover there was an efficient drying room for kit in the laundry area. The staff were very efficient at serving us all in the evening. Nobody was kept waiting despite the size of the party ."

"Some beautiful furnishings throughout. Some areas a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Staff were all excellent.
Breakfast was good but felt dinner prices a bit excessive for what was served.
We had a beautiful newly refurbished bathroom ( bedroom not ) so here’s hoping improvements are going on throughout the hotel.
We would recommend and we will return."

"Hotel old and in need of updating as paint was flaking off walls and ceilings plus windows did not open in bedroom as they had rusty screws driven through them to keep them shut, the food was basic had hamburger and chips one night and that was it just basic burger on a roll with chips no salad another night I had scampi it came with scampi in a basket with shredded lettuce no chips or peas that you get anywhere else I have ordered it do nit think we will be back to this hotel"
