"Davis, at the checkin desk was very nice and helpful. Room was nice but beds and pillows were a bit hard. Shower difficult to operate and we couldn't get it to turn off so had to report it was still running to desk when we checked out early morning. Also, I was sick and needed some medicine and a large bottle of water BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A GIFT SHOP in the hotel! Can you believe it? I had to walk out and go across the street to a petrol station to find some medicine for my cold and a bottle of water. I have never been in a hotel that didn't provide assistance for their guests for additional little amenities! Also, our room was on a floor that we were expected to go down 6 or 8 stairs with all our luggage to get to (I use a cane as well.) There was a handicap lift which we had to call the desk to get someone to assist us with to get us and our luggage down to our room level. VERY FRUSTRATING!"

"Biggest plus is the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. The room was clean, but only one luggage stand for two suitcases. Had a sandwich at the bar that was good, but the bar/restaurant could have used another helper. Staff was friendly and got us checked in/out quickly."

"Loved the stay here! We had a very long overnight flight, and took the bus and walked to the hotel. It was easy to find and at the end of a little neighborhood with pubs, shops, and a Dunes grocery store perfect for any snacks or drinks you may need during your stay. The location is GREAT! very close to Temple Bar. Trinity college, St stephen's green, and Grafton Street shopping. Major thank you to Leslie who greeted us with such enthusiasm and was able to accommodate us in a room already available to check in (very early) upon arrival. This is always a gamble but i’m so glad we asked, as we were arriving early to hold luggage just in case. It was lovely to be able to freshen up inside our room before hitting the town. The lobby is gorgeous, so is the restaurant, and hallways. The elevator lifts etc are all so well maintained after their covid renovation. The library bar is quaint and comfortable. The staff there were so kind and funny helping me find my perfect drink. Our room itself has a unique layout with a wood beam half wall cut out, a dining area, closet, and very modern interiors including a speaker playing music upon arrival. The bed, and linens were so luxe feeling, the scent they have for soaps and lotions smelled amazing too and unisex. Sometimes in hotels you can hear your neighbors, i barely heard any door or hall noise from the neighboring rooms which is a HUGE WIN FOR ME!!! The shower needs its own moment. Luxe pressure and space!! VERY CLEAN HOTEL! Book it!"

"Good in restaurant was very poor, and we ordered breakfast to the room and it looked sloppy, threw together, and basics like butter for toast were not on tray. Very disappointing. "
