"Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

"hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. parking was free and good. hotel was close to restaurants and sights. Breakfast was a disappointment."

"Staff and check in was great. Informative front desk personnel, quick check in, very easy parking setup and easily accessible. Our condo was spacious, balcony for ocean front was large as well. TVs were a bit small and aged, but overall a very good stay."

"Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view."

"Rating: 1/5 (Zero stars if I could) ​Booking this hotel through Expedia was a complete nightmare, and the property is a total scam. ​Upon arrival, the initial room offered was filthy and infested with bugs. The front desk clerk—who admitted he was smoking marijuana in the back—offered a second room, which was even worse. ​After stepping out briefly to get food, I returned only to find the entire building locked shut. Nobody answered the phone, and I was forced to find emergency accommodations...

"Everyday they didn't leave wash clothes and coffee the bathroom was way to small the light was rusted and the door stop was tore off and just laying there the air conditioner would run then made a sanding noise at night.I would not recommend for the money you pay."

"The lady at the front desk was horribly rude, and the room was atrocious! Couch and chair were covered in stains. Kitchen didn't have most common utensils, no dish soap, microwave was so rusty I was afraid to put food in there. Pulled out the bottom drawer of the stove and almost threw up! Couldn't believe how bad the suite was. But the downstairs bar was fun and the beach access was really good."
