"The property was under a remodel and we were completely unaware. Some of the lights in the room did not work and the shower head leaked. There were holes in the floorboards and several floorboards felt like they would fall through. We had to walk around spots on the floorboards to avoid the sensation of possibly falling through. We stayed in 3 different premier hotels and this one was stand alone horrible. Thankfully we checked in late and left at dawn. Fan in the bathroom did not work either....

"Clean / quiet / nice breakfast. Comfy beds 10 minute walk to terminal Staff friendly and accommodating."

"A simple room, close enough to the airport to be convenient. Not much around so food options are limited, but for an overnight stay before your flight its fine"

"Very good place to stay. The shuttle to the airport was very nice and helped yo go to and from the airport quite easily."

"Everything was perfect!"

"Stayed only one night so wasn’t able to use the spa (arrived late, left early) but it looked terrific!"

"Perfect location, room was comfortable, overall good choice"

"Great place to stay, so accommodating and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, always cheerful and smiling. They made us feel very at home. They also helped me pull a surprise off for my aunt. In addition to that, the location is perfect. If you’re stressing about what part of town to stay in, this is where you need to stay."

"The property was beautiful, and the outside was very well kept. All employees were very helpful. Around our tub was some grunge that looked like mold and I had a hard time getting the shampoo out of the dispenser in the tub."

"Overall good stay, very conveniently located to Waverley, Old Town/New Town, and many city sights."
