"We specifically booked a room with a pull out couch for more bed space for our family. The pull out bed had a dirty sheet still on it. When I told the front desk the response was “there was a sheet already on it??! I’m sorry” Do not recommend the lobby is the only decent part of the property. The floors were dirty as well and we were only given 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel."

The only problem that I had was we traveled with another couple and we booked our room at the same time and paid the exact same price. But our friends were given a larger, upgraded room that had amenities that our room did not, such as a bigger shower, jetted tub and fireplace. "Room was fine just next to the stairs so noisy. When adjoining room shower turned on sounds like it’s in your room. Too loud over all."

"We stay in the room with balcony overlooking the water. The best choice we did, fresh air, beautiful view. Room was clean and nicely set up. Staff was polite and helpful. Very good location, just five minutes drive from downtown."
