"The staff were as polite as can be but the property and room we were given were horrendous. I’d almost claim False advertising compared to what we got and what was shown. Safety strap on the window was broken, fan was useless, toilet roll holder was off the wall and the lift space outside the room ..."

"Overall good value for money. Plenty of car parking which we got for free as delay in gettinf our room ready otherwise £6. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast options. Crowded pool and pool a bit cold. Gym a bit small but has most equipment. Bathrooms need updating."
