"Everything excellent. It’s a very large hotel so breakfast very crowded at the weekend but plenty there. Location excellent, facilities excellent. Only downside is the noise from the local bars at night. Amazing cocktails in the lobby. Food not so great in the lobby but excellent at the Terrace on the 2nd floor. "

"Excellent hotel, very clean and good location if driving. Free parking included and took about 20 minutes to drive to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Close to metro station to travel in to the centre. Spa facilities were excellent and offers great sport massage. Would stay here again"

"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view from our room of the mountain. We hope to return again and will book this hotel. Perhaps ask for a room that is not over the restaurant."

"The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"

"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst experience at any hotel ever! "

"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"Hotel environement is very nice with very large room. Nice staff. TV old and not working. Very minimum kitchen cups. Ratio cost vs facility is low."
