"The hotel looked good on the outside but the elevator was on its last leg. The room smelled awful and there's no way I would shower in the bathroom. The tub was falling apart. It seemed clean on the surface and the staff was very nice."

Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again."

"This is a low budget motel, so with these you don't expect things to be fancy. I had a very nice quiet two nights stay here and things were excellent. My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I had an easy entrance and exit to my first four room from the back to get in and out with my dogs. They had a surprisingly nice well appointed breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage , oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. I would highly rate my stay here!"

"The entire facility needs to be redone. Lots of things are falling apart. Walls needs to be repaired starting in the lobby and inside of room. The outlet covers in the room were broken, there were two toothbrushes stuck in the drain in the sink. The smell in the room was so bad, couldn’t tell exactly if it was from water leaks or the fridge was too scared to open it."

I left and was promissed they would approve my Expedia refund. They ignored Expedia's phone calls and emails. I have sent them text, emails and tried to call. I was also ignored. I will be reporting this hotel to Cooperate, and the following Chatanooga offices: Health Department, Better Business Bureau, The Chamber of Commerace, Tourist...

"I would not recommend staying here due to the location of the property. A lot of sketchy people stay at this motel. The rooms were not clean the floor was not mopped the only thing I noticed decent was that the bed was made. The owners or staff are very short and unfriendly."
