"The staff were accommodating we had a family emergency and had to shorten our stay. They worked with us to cancel part of our reservation without charging us cancelation fees. The only thing that we were disappointed with was that breakfast ended at 9 am, wishing it went to 10 am."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"Nice, clean property that’s just a little bit worn. If you like waffles, you’ll like the breakfast. If you’re looking for protein, the egg bites (that you warm up in the microwave) taste better than they look. The woman who was overseeing the breakfast area kept it clean and well-stocked. If you like an extremely firm mattress (hard), this is your kind of place. The king-bed suite was spacious. "

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it.
