"Here’s a review you could use: We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Residhome Nice Promenade and would happily stay again. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating. Location is nice. They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"
