Amazing venue, very welcome after a long journey in the relentless rain! The centre is extremely comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the accommodation spotless and so comfortable.

Overpriced, we ended up paying 220 € for one night incl. breakfast (family room for 4). Sauna and jacuzzi would have cost another 60€ extra for two people. The hallway was very noisy during the night, woke up several times. Breakfast was good.

Attended for the Belgium Grand Prix, so appreciably busy, however parking could be better as struggled to find places and due to a lack of demarcation in the overflow carparks, people were parking everywhere, including on grassed areas. Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided. Breakfast had a good provision of all food types, cereal, pastries, eggs, sausage etc. Located nearby, the town of Barvaux-sur-Ourthe provides shops and plenty of restaurants, but does require driving to. Overall, would recommend.

Good stay but lighting system confusing

We booked a family room for the third week in July. Receptionist welcoming and spoke English. Room was of a good size, with bunk beds over the main double bed for our family. A couple of niggles though: The lighting system is confusing. There are limited instructions as to how to turn them off, though this is in German and French and not English. If you are reading this and having the same problem, you need to click the left hand switch twice to turn them off and have the room and darkness, otherwise every time you turn one light off, another one will turn on in the room. It took a call to the concierge to find this out (I suspect he was a little annoyed, as he told me twice that the instructions were on the wall - maybe expecting Facebook, French or German). Though the room was clean, the carpet needs washing, as there was an order of stinky feet to it. The room was also very hot, even with a ceiling fan, so you may want to bring a fan of your own to keep cool during the night.

Familievenligt hotel med gode værelser. Godt indrettet. Værelse mangler ikke noget. Legeplads og andet at lave i godt vejr. Restaurant var middelmådig med manglende betjening.

Fijn dat het personeel ook NL spreekt. Op de accommodatie zelf niks aan de merken. Veel mogelijkheden tot activiteiten, ruime kamers, lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Nadeel is dat er na 22u niemand meer aanwezig is aan de receptie. Wel is er een nr van de concièrge, maar je wordt niet even snel geholpen.

Op het eerste oog leuke locatie, maar toen we eenmaal in de hotelkamer kwamen was het bloedheet. Wel een plafondventilator die een tikkend geluid maakte, helaas bleek er geen airco te zijn. Het waren 3 slechte nachten, terwijl het buiten rond de 22 graden was overdag. Ook zijn de kamers heel erg gehorig, bijv douche van de buren die onze kids wakker maakte. Wifi in de kamer werkte niet en de badkamer rook niet fris. Verder was het ontbijt voor een 3 sterren hotel prima, avondeten was erg goed! Mooie omgeving, helaas hotel door onze belevenis geen aanrader.

Onze kamer lag aan de zuidkant, de temperatuur liep 's middags enorm hoog op zonder mogelijkheid om af te koelen. De ramen 's nachts open zetten, had als gevolg dat de muggen vrij spel kregen. Het ontbijtbuffet was ruim voldoende. Het avondmenu beperkt, maar er zijn genoeg alternatieven te vinden in de omgeving (met de auto). Propere badkamer met douche.

De kamer was vuil,matrassen waren te zacht ,het ontbijt was basic maar we moesten zelf vragen achter bestek en tassen ,stond niet klaar op tafel of aan het buffet .De kamers waren niet geisoleerd je hoorde de buren praten .

Le cadre est très joli et le personnel fort aimable, par contre l’isolement des chambres est minime, on entend tout du couloir, les enfants qui courent et crient à partir de 6:30-7h en continu pendant 1h30, c’est pénible et ça empêche de se ressourcer comme attendu dans un cadre pareil.

Hele mooie plek, prachtig natuur. Het is ook een accommodatie voor grote groepen wat soms wat geluidsoverlast kan veroorzaken en accommodatie heeft geen airco. verder prima verblijf het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur, super vriendelijk personeel mooie kamers, en een uitstekend ontbijt mss een kleine tip een mini koelkast in de kamer of een frisdrank automaat in de lobby zou zeker handig zijn maar voor de rest is deze Leuke gezellige hotel zeker de moeite waard wij komen gegarandeerd nog is terug bedankt voor het leuke verblijf ons verlengd weekend was dankzij jullie goede service meer dan geslaagd
