She reached out the day of our arrival to see if we needed a taxi arranged. When we arrived, she greeted us and had great recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants. We had a little hiccup getting into our unit one night (dead battery on the door lock), and Katherina was on it and the issue was...

"Alldeles för högt pris i förhållande till område och hotellets skick. Poolen stängde kl 20 och öppnade kl 11. Detta gjorde att vi inte kunde använda poolen dagen för utcheckning. Det drar ner betyget rejält."

"Gracious hosts, beautiful property, large spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 baths, a full kitchen and a living room. There is AC and many windows. Great ammenites, like home-baked pastries and tea in the evenings. You can have breakfast in the hotel's beautiful courtyard. The hosts are fluent in English and know the area very well. They make excellent food and activity recommendations. GREAT! I would stay there again!"

"空港や高速バスターミナルからのバスはカテドラルで下車。そこから歩いて5-10分程度。 目の前のバス停には止まらない。 中は綺麗で、洗濯機、食洗機もあり(洗剤も用意してある)ネスプレッソもある。食器も豊富。 一方で水回りはシャワーブースのドアが便器に当たる(気をつけないといつか割ってしまいそう)、ブースの敷居(水が外に漏れないように区切られている)が壊れていて水が外に漏れてしまうため、シャワーが終わると足拭きマットはびちょびちょ。そもそも洗面所も、キッチンの流しも、シャワーブースも、排水の流れが悪い。 アクセス的は基本カテドラルに出ればどこへも行きやすい。"

"Really comfortable hotel. Great front of house staff and not far from the old town. Loved our 2 night stay there with parking in the basement which was pretty easy for our small hire car. Could never get our landcruiser down there though!! Unhappy experience in the restaurant which we can’t recommend but there are plenty of better places nearby. "
