"Although this is not a 5 start hotel by any standards, it has absolutely spectacular views of the Lake Lucerne. Stunning especially if you’re on the 4th floor like we were. The breakfast is a little underwhelming for the price charged. The staff were fantastic and very helpful."

In the heart of the shopping center with everything you need close by, while the city is easily in reach through extensive public transport options."

The hotel beds were comfortable, the air conditioner not so great but it worked out well since we could leave the window open . The restaurant and breakfast meniu were plentiful and delicious."
