Very nice, clean and big rooms, quiet og close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. They have not swimming pool or private beach. Check out is 11 am, not 8 am. Many restaurants and supermarkeds close by.

Just don’t. You will regret.

I recommend people to stay a long way from this terrible hotel. We ended up just walking away when they tried to scam us for more money when we arrived at 5 am in the night, ready to go to bed. They said we needed to pay extra for «cost of service» which was more than the price we had paid beforehand for the actual room. I took the chance since it was cheap. Shouldn’t have done that, and you shouldn’t either. We checked in on another way better hotel nearby, with much more friendly staff and prices.

The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and exploribg Durres. Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. When we checked in, there was no hotel information given to us at all and all of the times for breakfast/lunch/dinner and checkin/ out differed on expedias website, the hotels website, and at the reception desk which was confusing. It was also said that the hotel was accessible but it is not. There was no ramp when we arrived for a wheelchair, that we needed, and then the staff put out an unsafe plank of wood which was not fit for purpose. We requested an accessible room for wheelchair when booking and had confirmed this prior to arrival with the hotel (as was not guaranteed by requesting alone) - but when we went to our room the grab rail was brokedn off the wall and left on the bathroom floor, there was not enough room in the bathroom for my sister to mive her wheelchair and to safely transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet and no shower chair/ room for her to wheel into the shower. When entering and exiting the hotel, staff did not always reciprocate a hello/ bye so this felt rude and unwelcoming.

Far away from the pictures

The only good thing is the friendly staff from the restaurant, other than this AC not working properly in the rooms, water dripped from the ceiling into the hallways, a special smell of humidity is inside And very disappointed is that, my deposit is still not refunded after more than 2 months from checkout, and they are still delaying this process

Big surprise at arrival...! They asked for an additional 25 Euro per. person in extra fees. We denied and threatened to leave the hotel. Then it was OK to drop it... The hotel has seen it's better days and needs a shine-up. However, we stayed 4 nights and enjoyed Durres.

The property description on Expedia shows an indoor pool which is why we booked the hotel because we had kids who wanted to swim. We called the number listed and asked and were told the pool was open. After checking in, we got the kids ready to swim and were told there is no pool. We were then refused a refund at the hotel and were told to call their main office and were again refused. Maybe it’s better during tourist season, but I would not recommend staying here at all.

Stop! stop! Do not ruin your vacation by booking this hotel, it’s not a beachfront, no private beach, no roof terrace, no gym and no spa. If you have breakfast included, you need to pay for coffe!! Stay away from this hotel. Upon check -in, they demanded fees even though we had paid in advance, and the fees were much higher than the hotel price we paid. The staff is rude. When we arrived, we witnessed that they were arguing in the reception, before they eventually took the time to talk to us. And they brought the bad mood into their treatment of us.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel I had to pay €108 even though online it said that I have paid everything. No body welcomed us when we first arrived. Later on I found out that drinks, even water was not included as part of our meal. I was charged for all the drinks and had to pay for every single drink. Very expensive but, the staff was lovely and working hard in bad hotel conditions.

Deceptive- be aware

The hotel is fundamentally trying to rinse you for as much money as possible. Everything listed online as free (parking/meals/facilities etc) they try to make you pay for. They also charge a spurious city tax that no other hotels seem to know about. The facilities themselves are fine though maintenance around the hotel is poor- our bathroom smelt awfully damp for instance. Not a 4 star experience

Ok, but not at the waterfront

This hotel does not live up to the description. First of all, it is not on the beachfront. Not overlooking the beach from the rooms. No coffee machin, free water, minibar, ironing etc in the room, as they advertise. Also, pay in advance their changingrate is a robbery and they charge 8euro pr person per night when checking in. You must pay for everything, parling, beach, ironing etc. No 4 star this one. The rooms are big, it was ok cleaned. Good location as kong as you dont expect what they describe.

Thay change my reservation to upgrade for a full apartment and then thay won’t cancel the reservation to begin with crazy I thing this place is a scam First of all there is no hotel this place is a apartment complex second there is no pool And the apartment we stayed was the worst place I ever seen broke toilet seat broken shower no light at one of the bathrooms none of the rooms doors in the apartment will close so no privacy whatsoever you could fill the sand from the floor that’s how dirty they were broken power outlets on and on and on just a disaster

There was a front desk person and he was requesting me to pay 10 euro extra for parking when the parking it shows on expedia for free, I have 2 night to stay on that property and I bought some drinks the first night left them on the fridge for the second night and the cleaning people have cleaned all the drinks out of the refrigerator. The last thing I have to say is they were trying to make me charge 25 euro more then the price of expedia advertising. Thank you to expedia they have given me the extra money back. The shower was all mold and smells very bad.

We don't get the room we have reserved. The cleaning of the room was bad. The reception was not friendly. The breakfast was poor, the dishes were dirty, only plastic cups, the tables were not clean, the service at the restaurant was unfriendly, for coffee and tea we must pay extra charge, for money exchange from Euro to Lek, they take extra charge. We got another room in the first floor without seaview ( wich we have reserved and payed) and this was better. At the reception we got no information about the city or a citymap. This is unusual. The aircondition in the room sometimes work, sometimes not. There was a leakage in the roof at the first floor near to the stairs, there was always water on the ground all the time, wich is very dangerous. We give this hotel not more than three stars.

before you book in this hotel, read what happened to me I booked this hotel, all fees included and I paid the hotel, for 3 day after some time I received an email saying that we have received the money, but when you come, you have to pay me another 150 euros to clean the room, after a week I went to the hotel with a reservation and they forced me to pay another 150 euro , I agreed to pay another 150 euros extra, but they still asked me for another 100 euros if something broke. I did not have 100 euros, and they did not allow me to chek in to the hotel, they left me on the street they took all my money and i have to go back home without vecation they were not people but bad animals I called the agency to return my money, but without success. the agency could not get the money back. be careful if you order this hotel because it will cost you a lot and the people who work there are very rude
