"The hotel is in a great location and has great air conditioning which is a pretty big deal when it’s 90 degrees in Munich in May! Some of the staff were wonderful, some less so. Room was clean and bathroom large. Breakfast very nice. One elevator was down due to construction - totally get it but we mostly had to use the stairs because it would take too long to arrive or elevators full. Just an inconvenience. Overall good stay and we would recommend."

It rained while we were in Munich but the hotel had umbrellas that we could borrow which was awesome! Staff spoke English very well and were all helpful (both reception and the restaurant staff). "A very nice hotel in central location. Nice and modern and looks to have been refurbished recently. VERY friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast/selection. The only minor negatives I can give is the bed frame being squeaky (not great if one of you shifts around a lot in your sleep) and the pillows being comically thin."
