I had one minor issue with my room it was resolved in a matter of minutes with an email to follow up. This was my second stay as I usually stay at Simpson Bay, but it sure bet will not be that last. "Nice place to stay and definitely kid friendly. The restaurant inside the hotel/apartment is reasonable with prices. It is 15 minutes from downtown Aruba and the airport as well as Eagle Beach. Would recommend 100%. "

"This is my third time staying there and i must say it's an amazing experience. Daniel who was our receptionist is a friendly individual and had solutions for all our inquiries. The only thing i could say about the stay that i know isn't in their controll is the quiet time. There were guest in the corridor having loud conversations after hours. If a quiet time rule can be implemented that would be amazing. Nevertheless, my stay is always amazing when Daniel is around, great, professional and...
