"The front desk lady straight up lied to us and told us our stay was cancelled when it was not. There was many communication issues and the banana cake tastes really bad. The showers are also bad they flood the entire bathroom floor and doesn’t have hair dryers but the room was freezing. Also the laundry machines were broken and many trash was left behind in the bed when we checked in"

"The mural in the bedroom wall was beautiful. The view of the street was perfect to relax and people watch. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Best beds in Europe. It was clean. Bakery next door. We did a tour all over Europe and this hotel was our favorite."

"The room and the property in general were of a high standard as hostels go. It's also in a beautiful setting, adjoining a very nice park with a pond. Staff were friendly and eager to please...., but weren't always able to, given the commercial set-up of the place. It was a bit like when you book a budget airline to save money, and then the add-on charges for luggage, etc, end up deleting any price advantage you'd hoped for.
