"Clean, comfortable, good location, staff helpful and good price."

"The room was very clean as was the property. Staff was friendly, especially the breakfast crew ladies. We have previously stayed at Avid properties so we knew what they were like. On this trip there were two small issues, (1) there were guests in the lobby until after midnight they were loud and at times yelled. Being on the 1st floor we could hear them. (2) the toilet in our room when flushed the tank would not refill. I did inform the staff about the toilet issue when we checked out."

"Motel was very good but the place next door was short staffed so we had to wait 30 minutes to order our dinner besides that all was fine."

"The place is a maze of dark hallways and poor signage. No guidance on parking so we drove around to the side of the building that we thought would be close to the room then it was like you can’t get there from here scenario. Hotel had a smell that was unpleasant and the bathroom had snot wiped on the wall in a couple of places. It felt like it was a place all run by family members who are removed from these issues. "

"We never ended up staying, we unloaded the car and were told at check in the elevator was broken. I understand there are unfortunate circumstances but a phone call would have been nice. We wasted time at the hotel and there was no way everyone in our party to climb 20 plus steps. I would like a full refund for the room. Erika Catino"

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The price was great. Recommend it. "

"Upon checking in, the gentleman at the counter was courteous for the most part. I was informed at check in that there would be a $100 cash deposit that would be refunded at check out upon inspection of the room. This was totally new to me. I used the ATM, to get cash and gave it to the clerk. The room was decent at first glance. It’s a motel room, expectations were not super high. However, before bed, I noticed the bed skirt was very dirty and stained. During the night, there was loud arguing and fighting in the room next door. It stopped after about 5 minutes. The absolute worst part of the stay was at check out. When I went to checkout, the front desk was empty with a sign saying to leave your key. Since I needed my refund, I called the number on the sign. A woman answered and instructed me to leave me key. I told her I needed my refund. She asked which room and I told her. My son was still gathering his stuff and had not existed the room with me. I waited about 10 minutes and called the number after my son joined me in the lobby. I told the woman that I was still waiting for her to refund my deposit. She immediately started yelling and telling me that my room isn’t the only one she had to check and that when she went to inspect the room my son was still there. She told me I had to wait and hung up the phone. When she finally appeared at reception, she continued to be rude, dismissive and loud. "
