"I had mine reservation under my wife name. Had to wait almost 20 minutes waiting for the front desk attendant to find it which it was pretty odds. I do my reservation through Hotel.com, had to contact the customer service to get some help. The problem was resolved immediately, with the the same reservation number. Also, the room service was knocking on doors around 9:30am kind of disturbing. Overall not bad good location, but no swimming pool. Still I will give them 4.5. Place is very secure."
