"The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful ESPECIALLY Malissa she was AWESOME!!!! They have a laundry center on site, and a nice snack selection.Just newly opened so it still smells new. There is a place called The Block within walking distance with different types of food trucks, an HUGE TV screen, lounge chairs, music, and a bar they only accept credit cards NO CASH. Nicely priced. We will be staying here again when we come back to the area."

"This hotel is conveniently located, CLEAN, cool, comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and stocked. It's a nice area, a safe hotel with friendly, helpful staff, a good included breakfast, free parking, pet friendly and not outrageously priced considering the location. It is convenient to Jacksonville Beach and the Mayo Clinic! We would gladly stay here again!"
