Stephen picked up the phone when I called . He found out I was a Hilton rewards member and got me a great room facing the pool one day , the. Upgraded me to the beach the next day ! Thanks for the awesome service and clean pool . The burgers we awesome too at the beach bar . Thanks , Aaron

The king room was super clean and spacious with separate living area and 2 TV's and a space for working. They provide soap shampoo and conditioner and lotion in dispensary on walls in bathroom. If I had to say anything at all would be nitpicking I think but we didn't have enough soap in our dispenser to wash but we didn't bother call to refill. Also would have loved if they had a non pork option for meat at breakfast but they do have breakfast and access to coffee or tea all hours. We had pool view and the pool is pretty with the water fall. Would book again anytime.

We love staying at this hotel because our kids love the pool, the beach is beautiful, and V pizza and Cookies and Crème ice cream are a short walk away.

Overall, very good My room had a bit of a musty smell coming from the AC unit. Housekeeping was supposed to service room (by request) but missed me somehow. I would go back for sure. The staff was accommodating and apologized for their error without much fuss. The breakfast service in the AM is terrific! LOVED the Oceanside Tiki bar!

Was clean and quiet at night. Rained that week and the weekend but it did stop for a little while on Saturday for my husband and I to walk on the beach and remember the day we got married down in Jacksonville Beach in a different location at the time. We celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary that day.
