"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). "The house was fine. I would never have rented if I had known communication with the property management would be as bad as it was. There was a problem with paying through hotels.com and trying to pay the property management company was a nightmare. I dedicated hours on a Sunday trying to pay. Everytime you call, a new person answers and you are back to square one."
