I had 2 night stay. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. I asked for a nail cutter that was promptly provided. Check in and Check out Staff was very friendly. The Hotel Location is quite far off, so getting a Taxi or Auto Rickshaw is a practical problem. However, Hotel Staff did provide me the contact phone number for getting a Taxi which was very helpful and the Driver came before time for pickup. Many Thanks for this Service

The toilet in my room had water running in it. Brought it to the staff’s attention early in the afternoon. The problem was not fixed even at the checkout time, next morning. The restaurant offered a wide variety of great vegetarian/vegan food for both dinner & the breakfast. People were feasting rather well. Complemented v positively to the Chef & the manager. Overall large campus provided tranquility, greenery, privacy & delight.

Positive Points: - The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. - The food was exceptional, and the dining experience, especially during breakfast, exceeded expectations (A+++). - The staff was consistently friendly and wore welcoming smiles. Areas for Improvement: - Check-in process was prolonged, requiring more time than expected. - Encounter with malfunctioning door locks prevented us from leaving the room freely. - Although a kettle was provided later, it was missing its base, hindering our ability to enjoy in-room tea or coffee. - The hotel's location is somewhat remote, making it a bit distant from the city center. Overall Impression: Despite the minor inconveniences, this property offers a pleasant experience with numerous family-friendly activities. I recommend visiting the resort with ample time to fully indulge in its facilities.

Better in pictures!

Overall, the experience felt disappointing given the pictures and also the 5 star pricing. The staff and quality of service is really far from being 5 star. From check-in to the stay, service was a big let down. The property itself is large and well-designed. It feels run-down in certain aspects (like furniture in the room) but overall pretty good. Food is decent as well. Although I was disappointed that a hotel of this size did not have a coffee machine!! But the staff left so much to be desired - there's no focus on client comfort, no preempting of needs of clients - especially senior citizens. We booked this place in spite of the distance from main temple etc expecting a 5 star level service and facilities. In my next visit I would try some of the other hotels closer to the temple and the beach.

Questionable local management

We had booked two nights through Hotels.com . During checkin we told them that we wanted to stay for one night instead. It was not a prepaid booking. So we thought it would be no problem. The front desk asked us to contact Hotels.com. We did and they said it was up to the local management.. the local management would not relent and charged us for two nights. We checked out after one night and we thought it wasn’t worth the hassle arguing over it. So beware. Even though it’s part of an American chain, it’s an Indian operation and you can be overcharged. On the plus side the people were friendly.. you might do better staying at other hotels.
