Everything felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained — there wasn’t even toilet paper provided. The room had a noticeable smoking smell, and the ventilation was very poor. I had planned to take a shower before my flight, but the condition of the bathroom was so unpleasant that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. This experience has made me very cautious about booking hotels in Delhi without knowing the property firsthand. Be very careful — the photos online can be extremely misleading."

"This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in . The receptionists and the room boy were exceptionally good . They have prepared everything we need prior to our arrival . The bathrooms were so neat and they even provided the almond oil . I have stayed with my mom and I felt quite safe at this place . Highly recommended especially for women looking for a safer place . "
