He made us feel very special as he catered to our needs, assuring the relaxing time we were looking during our stay. The breakfast is made to order with good options. "A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . ."

"The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor."
