"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a suite which was a great size with a comfortable bed and a really powerful shower. Cleaning was excellent with housekeeping normally working around your timings and not necessarily theirs. Checking in and out was also easy with the hotel in a good location lots of nearby bars, restaurants and the metro. There is also a really well equipped gym. The only negatives for me was the aircon which was a little too cold but I couldn’t seem to change it and I thought the coffee place in reception was a little expensive. It’s a shame about the pool too as it was on the shade for most of the afternoon and the day we sat out embarrassing they laid out tables for lunch overlooking the pool so as we lay on the loungers there were lots of people just staring at us. Felt a little odd. "

"Location, location, location. We found the hotel was within walking distance to lots of restaurants, other neighbourhoods, historical sites and museums. It was also within the area that some of the tours going outside of this area (e.g., hot air balloon & Coyoacan) would pick you up. It was a comfortable room and the breakfast was good. We couldn't hear noise from the road/city but were glad to have brought earplugs as the sounds of people talking when in the concourse area really could be pretty loud. All in all, it was good value and we would go back."

"Pros: convenient location, easy in-n-out, walk-able neighborhood, abundant options for dining and entertainment Recommendations: ear plugs are a must especially for light sleepers; a deep clean is due - marks on the walls and darkened grout lines in the bathroom."
