"I paid for a room upgrade to a king sized bed but the suite we got was not a king sized bed. I requested a suite change or a refund for the upgrade but they wouldn’t give it to me or even respond. I followed up with the front desk, emailed, texted and no response. It’s ridiculous- I have a receipt and confirmation for payment of the upgrade that said king sized bed, and they basically just laughed at me and refused. Furthermore the room was not very clean, the floor was dirty when we arrived...

"Excelente, fuimos al DF solo por 2 días y terminamos quedándonos 5 días 😆 Y con ganas de seguir allá. El hotel ubicado en una zona superior céntrica, caminando llegas a donde quieras, la atención en el hotel a pesar de no tener al recepcionista en persona, la atención vía WhatsApp fue de primera calidad, a toda hora te responden y con una amabilidad que te da gusto. La única recomendación es que cambien las almohadas a unas mas nuevas para dormir mas a gusto. De resto todo esta PERFECTO!"

"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "
