Great hotel surrounded by a good area and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, and rooms/ amenities were clean. Would definitely return.
This is a great hotel. Excellent location. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it's very close to a lot of clubs. The music can go on all night
This hotel is the perfect location if you’re wanting to explore roma Norte by foot. Great location with restaurants, cafes, and taco stands within 1 min walk. Rooms are bigger than you’d expect. Basic but clean and very quiet for the middle of a city
The hotel is in between night clubs that have loud music that plays until 8:00 am. I got no sleep the first next and checked out the next day, even though I was supposed to stay for 4 nights. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean but due to its location I would not recommend.
I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. I tried my best to communicate in English and basic Spanish, and the front desk staff always took the time to patiently answer my questions and help me.
Also, the location is also very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions around Mexico City. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit the city.
The staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. There was someone at the door two of the nights that we were there that didn’t seem too welcoming. He opened the front door for other people but not for us, nor did he greet us. It wouldn’t have mattered if he wasn’t standing right at the door making every entrance and exit uncomfortable. The day I was going to bring it up to front desk I noticed a different person at the door, and they were very welcoming, so I didn’t bring it up.
Everyone and everything else was great! Everyone made us feel at home.
Being able to store our luggage was a life saver!
Location was great with endless restaurants to choose from.
The hotel is great for a low budget, and it is in a great location, especially if you are a member of the gay community, the staff was wonderful. The only complaint would be the loud noise because of all the clubs around us. But the staff is so nice that when I ask them to change the room, they gave me a much. Nicer room with higher floor and they were super friendly. I highly recommend a hotel, especially if you want to enjoy the zona ros. Also, the proximity to a downtown is unbeatable
The staff was friendly and polite. They made sure to make you feel welcome. I liked the fact the Hotel was clean and well organized. The breakfast was good and you had multiple choices to to enjoy. Eggs made to order, teas and fresh coffee. The staff was polite and took care of your needs quickly. Also its a great location, close to food, bars and the the Pachuca Mall. lots to choose from.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my trip to Mexico City. The location was perfect—I always felt safe, and everything I needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants, shops, and several well-known landmarks. It made exploring the city so convenient.
The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City and will happily stay here again on my next trip.
