"Room was nice. Staff was courteous. Beds were very comfortable Only 2 issues really. Lights for indoor pool were not working. First night staff on hand left the pool open, our kids didnt mind as it was not pitch dark. 2nd night we came back at 620 pm specifically so the kids could have aĺl the time they wanted to spend at the pool but staff member closed it 2.5 hours early due to the lightng. "The breakfast was very nice, and kept well stocked. Our nonsmoking room smelled like urine and our key cards had to be reprogrammed several times throughout our stay."

"The floor had dirt and debris on the floor. The mirror behind the TV was dirty. Room needs some attention. We are not complainers. We were there for a surgery."

"The hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the first floor hallway was so filthy. My bathroom was not very clean, there was dirt in the corners. The manager was having an altercation with another guest in the hall as I was going to my room. Overall, I felt like it was not up to Hilton standards at all, especially for the price I paid for one night. I would not stay there again. "

"The hotel property and the room were clean, the staff was GREAT, and the breakfast was always fresh. The staff was always eager to please. I have no complaints. "

"Continental breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the general areas were dirty. Although is supposed to be a smokefree hotel, there were cigarette butts in the stairwells and hallway. The room was clean, but furniture was old. TV was out dated and few channels. Security was great! Honestly - 2 star hotel for a 4 star price. "

"We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead."

"I intentionally checked in here for the gym, and the price associated with this amenity...which was 20 min away from where I needed to be fore Gym was very barebones basic, no way to wipe down machines, one day no towels available - BUT I was able to get my basic cardio in and that's all I cared about for the week. If I got it for the room alone, this was 9/10. Had no issues except for being able to hear the family with kids above me banging around."

"We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point."

"We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were not fully accessible during the stay, so that was the only reason for not giving 5 stars."
