"I was pleasantly surprised with this property! It was priced right, the 24hr coffee/tea station was well stocked and generous, The people who work there are very friendly, the hotel itself was super quiet. The rooms are a little small but has everything you need. Free parking very close to the hotel. Even the bed was comfortable. The whole experience was great, I'm so tired of paying 3 or 4 times more for the same kind of room. 100% recommend if you want a nice clean room. Unfortunately we...

"Be aware of the rooms promoted. We paid for a room for a kitchen and were told when we arrived one was never placed. All rooms promoted had images of the kitchen which is to be considered a false advertisement when we were never provided with one. When we brought this up to the desk, we were informed that it was not just us but 3 other families. They did not fix the mistake and only told us they would charge more for the kitchen."

"To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. "At night it was very dark there were only about five cars in the parking lot the elevator didn't work the refrigerator was very cold the room was very dusty and dark the microwave was very tiny when I told someone that lived in the area where I was staying they told me I needed to leave because it is not safe there."

Hotel was near city shopping and restaurants. Dislikes: Poor maintenance of the elevator, which was shaking/jerking with every ride and it was reported to Hotel staff to consider it for repair.
