"The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. I'm sorry for them having to work in such a filthy environment. The tiles in the bathroom had many cracks. When I walked into the bathroom with flip flops, I left dirty footprints on the floor. The light covers in the bathroom were missing. In general, yuck!!!"

"All the property was well maintained, the grounds, lighting, parking lots, swimming pool area, and the exterior of the entire building from the parking lots to the roof line. Everything from the outside areas to the inside of the facility was great! We felt very safe and secure staying here! It was also very nice to have an associate at the front desk 24/7! Excellent service from the entire staff! We will be returning for another stay at Best Western + in the near future!! Thank you very much!!"

"The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is amazing and they do have transportation to and from the airport. However, while traveling alone, I had housekeeping knocking on my door when the do not disturb sign was on it and didn’t give me time to answer it before she walked in. That created a sense of an easiness for me. I reported it and then the second day somebody tried to enter my room. I reported it again. It’s not a very safe feeling when you hear people trying to get in your room...

Went down the second day and talked to the front desk about the smell and her first response was questioning why we didn’t come down sooner? We later received a phone call from someone also with poor manners complaining our request was too vague and asked for specifics. If we knew where the smell was coming from, we wouldn’t have asked? "Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer"
