"The first problem is that they advertised parking and an airport shuttle. When we got there, they said that service was no longer offered. That was the main reason we chose there. The room had several maintenance issues and was not clean at all. Would definitely not recommend."

"Housekeeping was not ideal. Didn’t clean room 1st day. And many items out so had to get myself by walking down to desk. Roach in shower. Vacuum job not thorough and they never installed the shower gel that I had to ask for - they just left it sitting in shower on top of the empty which tells me they never looked"

"I was advised that I had late checkout. When I attempted to enter the room prior to my late checkout time (after being at the pool) they told me I had to show identification(as I’m standing there in my bathing suit with only my towel and keycard). I obviously had no purse with me. Very annoying and zero responsibility for locking me out of the room. Otherwise, the room and Library Bar were impeccable."
