"The water for the shower was cold all 3 nights we stayed. There is no free breakfast. No blow dryers. No one at the desk, you have to call and number and they come to the front to give you rooms keys which also takes 15-20 minutes. The AC in the room doesn’t get very cold. They charge you daily for sheets and towels but you have to keep reusing the same ones. I wouldn’t stay again."

"The front desk staff was nice. The coffee maker was down the last two days I stayed there. It was disappointing when I went there my last day and it was still broken. They also ran out of raisin bran for breakfast. They should have kept the stuff stocked for the guests"

"The owners and staff have clearly put a lot of effort into this property. Electrical outlets, the toilet, tub, shower, lighting, AC, heating lamp in the bathroom, water pressure and temperature were all very good and appeared to be new or recent. It was also quiet and we had a good stay for the five nights we were there. For the price this is an excellent value in a very convenient location on Rt. 41 near major arteries, shopping, etc. It was our first stay there and it worked out very well."

"I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others."

"Hotel is very nice and the staff and service are very good. But they don't tell you in advance that the Night Owl Suite, which is one of their more expensive rooms, is across the street from loud music that goes until 2:00 in the morning."
