"Great location very clean We have stayed there 4/5 times and always have a great time"

"So I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness of the room because the first room they gave us was on the third floor and smelt like a dirty dog. I went down immediately and ask for a different room the young lady was so polite and apologetic. She did say that they don't allow dogs but then we saw a woman with a dog sitting at the tables so I'm assuming that's where the smell came from. Other than that the second room we got was clean, smelled good and the staff overall was amazing. I do want to point...

"clean room. great location"

"This is our second time staying at Dry Dock Inn and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is a short walk from the boardwalk and local shops. There is also a Lake park nearby. They have 2 outdoor pools and a small game room. The front desk staff let us check in when we arrived since our room was ready. They also allow late checkout for a reasonable fee. We will be back to Dry Dock Inn for our next trip to Carolina Beach."

"Nice place and walking distance to some restaurants."

"MOLD. We are a family of 4 with one small child and a baby. When we were getting ready for bed, we discovered a large amount of mold on the ceiling. We notified the host who offered other accommodations that would require us to be split into different rooms. We opted for a refund and took the long journey home that same night. That was 2 months ago and still no refund. Location is good though"
