"Everything was great but the hot tub was not working"

"Sound reduction between rooms is poor. Neighbor’s TV was loud and annoying. Fortunately they finally turned it off sometime between 11 and 11:30 PM. Neighbors on the other side came in about 2:30 AM arguing and talking loudly. Everything else was great, but if you can’t get a good night’s sleep what does it matter?"

"The flooring was uneven (carpet then hardwood) and I found it very difficult to walk across as I'm handicapped. Our room had holes in the walls, rivets were something was removed. The outlets were worn and appeared burnt. The desk chair showed signs of wear (holes) on the seat and rust on the metal frame. The only positive experience was the staff at check in. I would NOT recommend this facility to others wanting to stay near the Boise Airport."

"overall a great value. just need breakfast service to be a little longer—stopped too fast for us to enjoy the service we paid for."

"The bed had lose hair on it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast Saturday was okay. Not very many options though. Sunday there was no meat options"

"This property is beautiful, right along the Boise River with great trails for walking. The pool is large and very popular, often with live music. The restaurant Ling and Louies is attached and was fabulous. Rooms could use an upgrade, and we had old feather pillows—when will hotels realize that we don’t like sleeping on dead bird parts?"

"The staff was great, very friendly. The room was spacious but not clean. Housekeeping needs to turn all the lights on when cleaning. There were dust bunnies, crumbs, dead flies on the floor and wall. The shower was not appealing (shower is very small - bring flip flops to shower). The air conditioner, TV and mini fridge worked. The room served its purpose but I do not plan on staying here again."
