"Nice property and good staff."

"They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

"The guest house was the perfect location for my visit. Very close to all the action and great restaurants downtown. The off street parking was appreciated and the property was quiet and secure. I hope to book here again."

"This hotel is nice, clean and quiet, close to some small restaurants and the riverfront green belt. A grocery store is within walking distance too. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that there is a popular fast food restaurant located in front the hotel property. There is always a long line of cars at the driveway for drive-in services. It blocks the traffic in and out of the hotel."

"Kitchen had what we neede. We only used it to make breakfast. Frying pans and utensils were available. Communication with host was amazing. Very quick response to any questions we had. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. "

"LOVED this hotel!! Staff was so helpful because we were traveling with a trailer because we were moving our girls to Boise. It’s Downtown so parking is very limited and impossible for a truck and trailer. They were happy to help us figure an alternate great option because their parking garage wasn’t able to accommodate us. Highly recommended staying in one of the rooms with a kitchen! We had a great experience! Thank you and will definitely will be back when we visit our girls!"

"This place is great - and take in a meal at Chandlers while you’re there."

"The staff was amazing! I would like to note that if anyone is particularly triggered with migraines due to smells this place is not for you. Whatever they’re pumping out of the vents in the common hallways is extremely strong, almost too much. Also, there is no ramps just stairs to the elevators so if you have kids with strollers etc, need wheelchair accessibility this is not the hotel for you. There was no closet or dresser to put away clothing. One more thing to note. We were woke up to guests...
